I had a great stay at the hotel, especially considering its fantastic location near the souq and several eateries. The staff were friendly, and they were really good by letting me check in early and enjoy my room longer on my departure day.

The morning meal could benefit from more variety in the options offered.

My room was comfy thanks to the brilliantly friendly staff. There were a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar in the room, liked that. I was here for 2 days and would like to come again.

I loved the central location! It was super easy to explore nearby eateries and the souq. Plus, the view from my room was fantastic. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, especially when I needed an early check-in.

My stay wasn’t great. The Wi-Fi was spotty, and the bathroom drainage was a mess—flooding every time I showered. I also noticed the room had poor lighting, and I wasn't impressed with the overall cleanliness. Definitely not what I expected for a “nice” hotel!

The hotel is managed by fantastically friendly and excellent staff. The rooms are nice with great views. The location is favorable in the middle of Jackson. I can certainly recommend this delightful hotel to others.

Our room was well-equipped with a TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The hotel's location was great, right in the heart of Jackson. It was convenient to have Genki Sushi nearby for dinner.
